Bob's knowledge, communication and professionalism helped immensely!
Bob provided very timely and effective communication. Most importantly was his knowledge not only of the process, but what to consider when it is a buyers market. I was well prepared, but there were many changes with the buyers and Bob was able to help evaluate the options, that allowed me to make the best decision for me. I would most definitely hire Bob again! The one factor I was disappointed in, is the cost to sell a house. This is not a criticism of Bob, rather the system and the economy we are in. List price, minus realtor fees of both seller and buyer, plus closing costs, was a net sale much below expectations.
