Robert was invaluable in helping us buy our home. It was by no means an easy process and involved numerous showings of a variety of types of properties, but he was exceedingly patient and positive throughout some difficult negotiations. Robert's encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate market, neighborhoods and sub-neighborhoods, and the nuances of Michigan/Ypsilanti laws and real estate quirks made us feel like we were in good hands being unfamiliar with the city.
