Although I have not yet purchased a home in Hardin, or the surrounding Counties (TN), I did make a (last minute) five and a half hour drive to keep an appointment to tour a property and asked Robert if he might direct me to others (properties) in the area. Instead of just handing me a stack of information on each of the properties I had expressed interest in, he drove me to each location (one of them was almost an hour away)... all the while calling ahead to arrange tours of the house interiors and calling to check availability, while still maintaining pleasant conversation. Very nice to work with a true professional who works hard to make things go smooth. I look forward to working with him in the near future. Even if I purchase somewhere outside Robert's territory, I will not soon forget his hospitality, knowledge of the area, or friendly and engaging nature.
