Robert Herrings was my property manager nearly 15 years after I moved from my duty station at Ft. Hood. He was quick to address and resolve any issue I had with the property or management. He and his people took good care of my rental home until I decided to sell it this year. I had little hesitation in choosing him to be my realtor. I was very pleased with the price he was able to get for my home and the speed and relative ease in which it sold. The only reason for not getting the full 5 stars is sometimes communication could be better and getting a better breakdown of needed repairs and their associated costs.
