ROB was very helpful and very patient during a long and arduous process. He was instrumental and working with the lawyers and other agents to get our house closed I highly recommend using ROB for any real estate transactions. Oh, and by the way he loves barbecue.

I honestly cannot convey how wonderful Rob was during our home buying process! We switched to him after having a really bad go at house hunting with a former agent. Our daughter is 14 months old, we were rapidly outgrowing our one-bedroom condo and time was of the essence. Within the first two weeks of shopping with Rob we already felt very optimistic in this daunting market. He was constantly scoping the area for us, sending us potential properties, etc. When it came time to offer on something that peaked our interest, he had a strategy. Something we weren't used to with our last agent. After just 3 months of searching, he landed us our home to raise our daughter and puppy in! I'm a first time home owner and going into all of this I was very skeptical. I can confidently say that with Rob you do feel like you are being taken care of by someone who TRULY knows the business and it's not just a "side gig". Each step of the way Rob always made sure we were briefed on any updates, and he was always ontop of everything. We will truly miss talking to him so frequently, and are forever appreciative of his hard work.
