Why I'd like to represent you in your next real estate purchase or sale.... Most of my business comes from referrals. Past customers, their friends or family. So I'll just summarize what I have heard over the years, with a little narration of what it all means. I am experienced. I have been in real estate since 2000, all right here in SW Florida. You'll find that I am ultra protective of my customer's transaction. I have seen it all, heard it all, and know what to expect next. I don't make mistakes, and no one is going to take advantage of my customer. I don't get fooled. Why? Because I have been doing this a long time, and I take what I do very seriously. It doesn't matter who we are dealing with, because I am already 1 step ahead of them, for you, my customer. I am going to orchestrate a professionally written, safe, legally sound contract for you, and explain to you in detail all of the points of negotiation. I will outline from start to finish what to expect, your options, and then update you along the way. We will do well. You will be in good hands. I operate kind of like how an attorney operates, but with an expert background in marketing. I am not an attorney, just to be clear. I respect their value. I just mean that, a good attorney operates in an extremely professional manner that protects the client. That is my approach. On point, professional, and I have your back. I am also a native of SW Florida. That is rare for agents in our area. Most have relocated here. Some still learning the area. I have been living in, exploring, fishing, boating, playing, and working in this area all of my life. No one knows our area better. Each year I win awards for production, and I have a 5 star review average. However, I am just a down to Earth local guy who likes to joke, and have fun helping you. So while I take your transaction seriously, I still have fun, I'm easy to talk to, but will give you serious, professional representation.
