Robert was outstanding! We were in a time crunch, trying to purchase a house across country in one of the hardest seller's markets of late. To boot, we had to be out of our house in Colorado within 40 days. Robert absolutely nailed it! We found our dream house and closed the 40th day! Robert was super-communicative. Each day he was touching base with us, sending listings for us to look over and just really doing everything he could to help ease our anxiety and help us find a house. He knows all the tricks of the trade to putting in bids. He understands all the laws, easements, and things most homeowner's might not consider when bidding on houses. He's lightning fast at getting bids together and gives you optimal information to help you make the right choices. We did a few virtual tours and he equipped a camera attachment that stabilizes the video for best viewing so we really felt like we got a good look at the properties. He did the SNIFF test, his idea! ...because obviously we couldn't tell how the house smelled over video. He was honest and pointed out flaws in the house if he saw them and was always looking out for our best interest. I can't say enough about Robert. I feel like he is a friend now and we can't wait until we are fully unboxed to invite him to one of our BBQ's. Lastly, I must stress....WE COULD NOT HAVE CALLED A BETTER AGENT.
