Bob did a great job guiding us through the process of finding and purchasing a new house. It's been a while since we purchased a house and things have change from the last time we made a purchase. Very helpful and knowledgeable. He has access and uses the latest tools to find a new listing. This proved to be important because quite a few of the houses we were interested in, before we hired Bob, were already in contract. I'll be using Bob for the sale of our current house.
