Robert "Goody" Good

Robert Good went way beyond what most realtors would do. He himself did touch around the house to make everything look perfect for you he buyers. It was a very smooth transaction with no drama. I would highly recommend Goody as your go to realtor.

I had identified some possibilities and he showed them to me and then he thought he had figured out what would be good for me and he took me to another place and it took me 10 minutes to be ready to make an offer.

Goody provided suggestions and helpful hints on preparing our house to be sold from photographing, staging (with & without furniture) and working with us to get repairs done. He did a great video of our house, a very professional job! Since we eventually moved out of state, Goody would keep us updated on the showings and market in Mesquite. Our view was one of our main selling points, he made the effort to open the shades to highlight the view before each showing. Once we had a buyer Goody spent a lot of time and effort to make sure the sale would happen. From start to finish we found Goody a pleasure to work with, professional and friendly. We definitely highly recommend his services.
