As a first time home buyer, I am so happy Rob Gerard was my agent! I had been looking for months with the help of several other agents and hadn’t been able to find anything that fit my needs. Within 2 months of meeting Rob, I found a condo that I loved at an amazing price. Rob even worked to negotiate the price down further than what I originally anticipated paying. Not only was Rob helpful, but he made the process simple and easy. He took care of all the hard parts which alleviated a lot of the stress. He was also very attentive to my needs and stayed on top of everything while we were in escrow. On top of that, he was very positive throughout the entire time. If it were not for Rob, I don’t think I would have purchased my first home as quickly as I have. He is a great agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
