My wife and I recently purchased a new construction home. These are nerve racking situations because there are a lot of unknowns. Robert did an excellent job helping us navigate the challenges with a new construction purchase. Initially, the builder was pushing for a 21 day escrow, Robert immediately had them push that back to something more reasonable. There were multiple issues identified during our walkthroughs and Robert did a great job sitting on top of unresponsive builder reps. Another pain point we ran into was the builder trying to "motivate" us to use their lender. Robert was able to run interference and keep us fairly unscathed through that process. All in all, if you are looking for someone to advocate for you as a buyer, Robert is a solid choice.
