Robert was a great help in finding and landing my new home. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only the Larchmont market, but New Rochelle and Mamaroneck as well. And I wasn't the easiest client- we saw ~15-20 homes in a tough 2021 spring market. He helped me determine what I needed and liked in a home and honed my choices to a more manageable amount. We were well prepared to put four offers down, as we were confident in the value of the market, and ultimately were able to land the perfect home, needing no repairs, at under asking (unheard of in a historically tough market!).
