We contacted Rob over the internet from our home in Illinois. Discussed what we were looking for and Rob sent us several listings and new home communities. We flew out to visit agreed upon listings. Rob showed us around town and provided many tips and information on the local area. Rob had done his homework and brought us to several locations. After a day and a half we put a down payment down!! He really knows the marketplace, he does listen to your concerns; very professional and personable.
