I listed my rental property with Bob and shortly thereafter the market for such properties took a downturn. Bob never gave up and continued to market my property to anyone with remote interest. We had dozens of showings and three solid offers but the first two fell through for a variety of reasons. When we accepted the third offer, it was for more money than the previous two, partly due to Bob's stick-to-it attitude.
