We found a house on Padre Island next to our daughter. We called Robert even though he was the sellers realtor, and I’m so glad we did. We were up in Nebraska, but because of the location next to our daughter decided to buy the house sight unseen, although with inspections. Robert sent pictures, told us anything wrong with the house, provided us with inspectors to use, walked through the inspections and kept in constant contact. The purchase paperwork was all sent electronically and he was very prompt to answer any questions we had, and made the sale very smooth. Easiest house we’ve ever bought. He met us at the closing, took us to the house and showed us anything he thought that needed fixed. Provided us with where to put a water softener, and to us, became a new island friend. I can’t speak highly enough about a Robert, and would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase property..
