It is rare (and refreshing) to work with a professional who recognizes and cares about your personal preferences. By that, I mean that Robert knew how my wife and I operate. He knew that we were comfortable doing lots of "drive by's" and letting him know what we wanted to see, as opposed to pushing everything onto us. That was a big thing for us... Robert showed us a lot of homes without ever once "pushing", and without ever hesitating to accommodate our needs; anytime, anywhere. The home buying experience can be stressful enough without an agent adding more pressure, and that's something that Robert never did. Always pleasant, always prompt, always took our phone calls, always answered emails promptly. Robert also has a sound knowledge of a home's health; a good judge of plumbing/electric conditions, and most important, we never felt that he was interested in making a quick sale, but rather, more interested in us being satisfied clients. Robert helped us get into our present home, and he helped to sell the one we left. Both experiences were without a hitch!
