Robert assisted in the selling of our home and made the entire process seamless and efficient. From the day I met with Robert he essentially took care of everything from the listing of the property, printing out flyers, hosting a couple of open houses, and negotiating with potential buyers all within 2 weeks. I trusted his judgement and allowed him to do his job but he would frequently communicate his recommendations throughout the process. Everything from start to finish only took about 1.5 months due to Robert's promptness on the matter!

Robert provided excellent professional and friendly service. He put together a great listing with very good photos, held numerous open houses, and helped with getting the final details and paper work competed for the closing, including negotiating a last minute deal to address some minor repairs. In addition to the excellent professional service, Robert also helped with numerous other tasks, including disposing of extra furniture and help selling a pickup camper. Robert was always available by phone or email and hand delivered some of the paperwork that could not be processed electronically. I would definitely want Robert as my agent if I had another home to sell.
