Robert (Bobby) was hands down on top of his game from the start. He went above and beyond in helping to sell our home, keeping us informed of every question or concern that arose. He treated us as friends, making the selling process as hassle free for us (being out of town) while shouldering many of the burdens so that the process was free of the headaches involved in selling our home from a distance. Was working with Robert when we were in California looking for a home in Florida. Robert went above and beyond sending us information about homes and the market until we made the move. He was very patient with us on getting the exact right house we wanted and the location. He went out of his way on contacting the sellers to ensures we got in to look at the homes on our schedule. I was fearful when I started this journey but Robert made so much easier by connecting me to portals in the counties I was interested in. He coordinated virtual tours in person so I could see the full property nit just pictures. I flew from Maine and he was accommodating setting up several showings on a moments notice. He answered all questions quickly, staying on top of market information. Robert worked with us, inspectors, other realtors and all involved in this process professionally for his client - my husband and I. We found the perfect property, Robert was up to date on the closing process that went very quickly and we are officially snowbirds. We couldn't have done this without him as we have tried with other realtors long distance without success. I highly recommend Robert for any real estate needs. We will definitely use him again with our next home buying adventure.
