He was very knowledgeable about the current market and had a tremendous amount of patience working with us. He went above and beyond making sure we understood to process of buying a condominium and gave us lots of tips of what was good in the area. He was always available when we had questions or concerns. We met Bob at a condo Open House in spring 2022. We did not buy that particular condo, but we really liked him and his approach and gave him our contact information and asked him to become our realtor that day. Over the next year and a half Bob stayed in touch and kept us abreast of available condos in the complex we really liked. He also sent updates of trends in the Florida real estate market. Bob was exceptionally patient with us. Not going to say we are “picky” or “fussy “, but let’s just say we were very particular. In October 2023 the perfect condo became available. We could see the pictures of the unit on Zillow, but needed to see more. Since we live in Colorado, Bob agreed to videotape the property for us (twice!) along with taking several pictures. He really made navigating our purchase very easy. Plus, his enthusiasm was evident and he seemed just as excited as we were to be buying this special property. We are very grateful to have him as a realtor and consider him a friend.

I recently used Bob to purchase a house in NSB. I highly recommend working with him! He is very knowledgeable about the NSB area and I never felt like he was trying to push me into something just to make a sale; It truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. The process was smooth and efficient. Bob handled everything, making it much less work for me, including getting quotes for inspections, scheduling them, and handling any follow up with and communications. He was always prompt for meetings and quickly responded when I texted or called with questions. On top of it all, Bob is a pleasant, easy-going guy and was enjoyable to work with.
