A Totally Professional Realtor

After our decision to put our house on the market we contacted 2 realtors that we personally knew. Their quotes on the price our house would be listed for sale were vastly different. We did not know Robert Dawson at that time, but he was recommended by a friend so we contacted him. When he came to meet us and look at our house we were amazed at the research he had done on our house and lot. He knew far more than either of the other 2 realtors we met with, not only about our house, but about the area where we lived—Lake Vista. He listed our house at a price higher than the other realtors quoted—almost $100,000 more than one realtor. Videos were taken of the house and seemed to be widely viewed. The videos were professionally done and were amazing. Robert kept us informed every step of the way, which did not take long as the house sold very quickly & slightly ABOVE the listing price. This was not the first house we had lived in and ultimately sold so we did have some comparison as to how the selling process would go. This was by far our best experience with any realtor and we highly recommend Robert Dawson to be your realtor. He is knowledgeable, honest and professional in every way!
