Bob takes the pain out of house hunting

My husband and I started searching for a home right after our first baby was born. It was a stressful time and we had very specific taste combined with zero understanding of the market. Bob was an absolute Godsend. He never once made us feel silly for scheduling a viewing, no matter how far away it was or how unrealistic it may have seemed. He taught us so much about the market and what a good investment looks like and truly prioritized helping us make a good decision for our family. We ended up finding a unicorn property - one that created a perfect venn diagram between our desire for a historic home and Bob's wisdom about the longterm value of the home. We're so thankful that we didn't end up with the fixer uppers we originally were going after, but we needed to thoroughly consider it before we could write it off and Bob was the ideal guide through that process. When we finally found the right one, he helped us WIN. Plus, he's so fun to be with so it takes the edge off of the absolute time suck that is house hunting!
