Since I live out of state, I needed a realtor that could stay on top of the entire process and provide referrals for reconstruction. Bob did just that. It was in both of our best interests to get the condo listed before snowbird season. Although the sale took 6 months for an offer, that was a result of the declining market. Bob always made himself available for family conference calls and offering sound guidance.
