I could give many examples of Bob making me feel like I was his only client and that he would do anything to help me sell my property. He helped line up vendors/repairmen to prepare the condo for sale, was always quick to respond, offered to meet repairmen at the condo when I was busy, prepared quality, professional photo pamphlets for open houses and showings. Even though this was a smaller property, he made it seem as if I was as important to him as a $1,000,000 sale.
