Fantastic Experience with an Amazing Person

One of the best real estate transactions we have ever had. We had a contract on the house within 1 week after it was listed. We had multiple offers, several at the asking price. His deep understanding of the market allowed us to get a price higher than we expected. Bob uses a very strategic marketing approach including house staging, written postcards/flyers, on line presence and an open house. His timing is impeccable. After we received the contract, Bob guided the closing process to completion.
