Great Experience with Bob Bevington

My husband and I have been planning to buy a home in the Sarasota area for years. We decided to rent a house in the area for a month to give us an opportunity to explore different neighborhoods. We first met Bob in his role as property manager of our rental. He was very responsive and accommodating as there were a few issues with the rental house. With the outstanding service he provided as a property manager, we knew Bob was the buying agent we wanted to use for the purchase of our new house. Our instincts were spot on! Our home buying experience was wonderful because we worked with Bob! He was very flexible regarding scheduling appointments on short notice. He quickly determined what was important to us as buyers and guided us towards houses that fit these desires. Although Bob has a very easy-going personality, he is also very honest and very knowledgeable. He is not afraid of advocating for his buyers’ needs, and he stands by his buyers through the entire home buying process. He stayed on top of all the different players to keep our closing on track – we were even able to close a few days early to coordinate with when our rental ran out. Bob is an amazing agent; my husband and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.
