Robert helped the reviewer buy this property

Patient, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable

We started looking in 2021 and Robert came out to many walkthroughs and we put in multiple offers. He was very knowledgeable about the market prices and conscientious of our budget. Unfortunately, every house was going way over list and over our budget. Robert understood when we had to put our search on hold and never pressured us in the least. Fast forward to 2024 and we reached back out to Robert and his patience, understanding and no pressure approach allowed us to close on a new build. He asked questions I never would have thought to even ask and guided us every step of the way. We could not recommend Robert highly enough. Would not hesitate to use again.
