Robert Clements helped us sell our home during a buyers market. We had multiple homes in my neighborhood selling and sitting stagnant on the market. Naturally this made me nervous about selling. However, Robert knew the market so well he was able to sell our home quick and before the rest of the homes in the neighborhood. Most of them are still sitting stagnant ! Robert incorporated new age technology such as a virtual tour of our home via QR code on our information pamphlets. Robert didn’t sit back and wait like other relators. Robert took a proactive approach and initiated an open house and sold our home on the first open house! My wife and I were very impressed by his knowledge of the market and his strategies.
