We took him on a short tour of the house and he then discussed "today's" market and what was hot. After he left - we interviewed a few other agents. My husband and I made the decision to go with Robert because we felt like he touched all bases and was very thorough. The process from that point on was very professional and done mostly online (with signing documents, etc.). Robert gave us some ideas on what needed to be fixed or painted to make the house show better and we took it and ran with it. I would highly recommend Robert to any seller.

At the beginning of our engagement, Rob explained what to expect, how to price the property based on the market conditions in the area, and typical criteria for more aggressive pricing. There was never pressure to make reduce the price. I felt I could have held out as long as I wanted. Rob let me know the feedback from each showing and would follow up with the other agents that indicated interest. When we finally came to agreement with a buyer, Rob and his team coordinated the needed inspections, informing along the way as far in advance as possible making it painless to juggle my work schedule when needed. Settlement process was the shortest of any I had in the past, with a reasonable number of signature to provide. Rob was available anytime day or night for questions. I will definitely use Rob for buying or selling properties in the future.

Robert was involved with coaching an heir who inherited a house in Chester, Pa. Much discussion went into making the right decisions regarding where to invest with contractors as well as using sweat equity to optimize the sales price. The proposed sales price felt like a stretch but we had 3 full price offers in the first week. We are thankful for Robert’s efforts.
