Robert Campbell did a fantastic job selling my moms' home in Pleasant Ridge. His first walk through of the house impressed myself as well as my sisters. He was very knowledgeable of the home including the molding in the living room which was original. He got on a chair to see and touch it to see if it was original. As he walked through the home with us he mentioned several things in the home that were original to the house. When we went through the home we were pleased and thrilled that he thought the home was special and intriguing as it was to us because we grew up there and my mom lived there for 58 years. He helped with moving a couple things to make the home more presentable to sellers. He was going on vacation during the listing on the home before any showings, however he was still available to us as we called him about a couple things. Once we had a couple offers he presented them to us with specifics and went through each offer thoroughly so we all understood what the offer was.
