Great! Rob was transparent and honest and got me in my first home. I enjoyed working with Rob and he taught me a lot about the home buying process. As a young guy buying his first home, it was refreshing to know someone who cares and walks you thru the entire process.
Working with Rob was an eye opening experience. We began to work together in July all the way until November (when we closed on a house). Rob was diligent in sending available homes and getting viewings lined up. Because of wonky work schedules it sometimes made it difficult to get things scheduled but Rob always made it work somehow. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Going through each house with us and giving feedback (we understood he's not an inspector/appriaser but an extra set of eye doesnt hurt). We never felt pressured or rushed either. There werent very many homes that we bid on but Rob was thorough in following up with both us and the sellers agent so we could determine our next steps swiftly and accordingly. That's not to say there weren't any hiccups in the process but those were few and far between (and minor issues at that). We're all human and at the end of the day, Rob had it all worked out. We would definitely recommend Rob to anyone. He is kind, patient, and he listened to us. And even more so he was personable, we could actually just chat sometimes as well. That made it less "transactional". Thank you, Rob!

I would recommend Rob to anyone in need of an agent, and I have already done so to several people. He made the selling and buying process easier than I could’ve hoped for, and was ready with advice whenever I needed it. He negotiates with care on your behalf and does everything in his power to make sure that you’re taken care of. Aside from that, he’s just an all around good person. I will never use a different agent as long as he is still working.

Rob was able to answer all of our questions about the market, price ranges, etc. He gave great suggestions on where to look and what to look for. He never let us go through a house without pointing out both the good and the bad each time and made sure to tell us everything we needed to know throughout the entire process.
