When we had papers to sign, we met at a local Starbucks instead of both of us traipsing down to his office, because the Starbucks was closer. If he didn't answer his phone right away, he got back to me as soon as possible. He gave up a weekend in Palm Springs so that my parents could come and see the house before I put a bid on it.
