Bob was amazing in helping me and my wife find a place in Naples where we will eventually retire. Bob was extremely attentive to ensure we received an exceptional buying experience, was a great listener and a great advisor. And once we found a potential place that met our criteria (that we eventually purchased), but we were out of town, Bob volunteered to go to the property on a Sunday and did a video walkthrough of the property with me and my wife. This, to me, was above and beyond in terms of client service. Bob was extremely knowledge and helpful in advising us on which conditions/request we would want in the purchase contract to help protect us. So even though he technically gets paid by the sellers, we felt that Bob was truly representing us as buyers - which is so key in these arrangements. I recommend Bob to anybody who is looking for a really experienced agent, one who looks out for your interests throughout the transaction and a really nice guy to boot!!

Robert was able to coordinate multiple issues remotely with communication and next steps were always being timely. Mr. Blinn maintained his professionalism through out our working relationship. He was on time and always answered our calls as soon as he was able, in a timely fashion. He will answer all your questions, and he has had experience that will work for you, for example in working through getting a mortgage since he was a mortgage banker for many years. He is honest and gives good advice. I would highly recommend Mr. Blinn- he did a great job for us!

We met Bob by chance and mentioned that we were looking for a new property in Naples. He gave us some good options and also good guidance. He was very patient and worked hard to help us determine a fair price for our home purchase. It's always hard to negotiate price, but with Bob's help I think we found some common ground and he also helped us with the issues that came up after inspection. He met us for the closing and helped us to finalize the transaction. It's nice to find an agent that goes the extra mile and has an even-keeled mentality. He is very knowledgeable and guided us through the process of the contract. He always responded very quickly to any questions that we had. He assisted us with contacts for the inspection, lawyer and title company seeing as we are snowbirds and this is our first experience buying in Florida. He did a great job for us and we were lucky to have him as our Realtor. I would highly recommend him.
