First and foremost Robert unknowingly proved his utmost integrity as a person as well as an agent at my very first meeting with him. It was actually when I met him when I was a buyer and he represented the seller when I bought a house recently. Because of that, I chose him to represent me as the seller while selling my mom’s property under her estate. Robert absolutely knows the real estate business and conducts himself very professionally. He provided guidelines for me to follow, while always ensuring me that “I have the final say” in every step of the way (i.e. feasible listing prices based on market and area, options I had for counter offers, etc.). His outstanding character and ability to communicate and negotiate well made a very difficult situation (losing my beloved mother and dealing with estate issues) as painless as possible.
