He was always available for when we had questions, wanted to walk a house and was present even during the inspection of the home. I made my first home purchase with Roberts help. When I decided to sell it was a no brainer that I would hire Robert as my selling agent. Robert was patient with me but at the same time very detailed in every step. With his experience he was able to keep me the loop so I had a clear understanding with what was going on. Robert Batura is an AMAZING real estate agent (and father, volunteer, husband, etc). My fiance and I bought a property last year and used Robert as our realtor. It was a sellers market and we had to move quickly. Robert was available day and night (I know because I called him freaking out during both times) and always hustling to put together plan A, plan B...C...D. I remember we found a house that we both loved, made an offer, but lost to someone with bigger pockets. We were absolutely devastated and it felt like nothing was going to come together. I spoke with Rob, expressed my concerns and after listening to me whine, complain, freak out, etc. he already had new properties to look at and a plan to see them. He also sent an incredibly thoughtful email to us about how we will find a house, it will be the right one, and not to worry. That email meant so much to us and is totally in line with Rob's approach to real estate and life. In short, you will not find ANYONE to hustle harder than Rob and you absolutely will not find a better realtor. Plus when he does get you the right property, he is the first one at the closing table with a gigantic "I told you it would be alright" smile. We love our house and when it comes time to move again, we'll always use Rob. Stop looking and call him!

I cannot say enough good things about Robert. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient , and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). He answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Working with Robert made everything painless and straightforward as possible, this market is challenging and he exceeded any of my expectations. Robert may be the most patient person I know; he’s completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you’re saying something completely different.
