We have known Bob for many, many years, both as a neighbor and as a person very active in the community. He is always everywhere at once, and always willing to help out in any way for any endeavor. When it came to be time to sell our home, we decided to go with Bob. His knowledge of the area, his experience, and his amazing knowledge of every facet of selling a home, laws, regulations, etc., etc. certainly puts him at the top of the game. And he certainly was outstanding for us, handling all kinds of details for us, standing in for us when we were not available, and simply guiding us with great skill through all of the ins and outs. I normally do not write reviews. However, Bob Bailey's service, representing myself and my brother as sellers, was superlative and way above the norm. He is professionally crisp, with excellent communication skills, and with strong concern for the deal, which was sometimes challenging -- an Estate sale. Every seller should have this level of representation, and if you have an opportunity to buy or sell in his geographic area, I strongly recommend seeking his counsel and representation.

Bob is the most effective Broker I have ever worked with in 35 years. He is intelligent, laser focused, and has a ton of experience in steering you thru the entire sale and purchase process. Not only does he know the market he work in very, better than most, well but he also understands the entire legal, political, and the entitlement process.
