Robert did a great job of providing us with information on buying a home. He was often available and willing to communicate with us at all times. However, when it came to negotiating deals for our home I had to push him to negotiate with the seller. Often times, he would mentioned that we can’t negotiate something on the home, only to be surprised about the seller response. Overall he was very knowledgeable about house details and even some red flags about homes that you should avoid. Instead of looking for a quick sell he stays committed to finding you the house you deserve.
