Our property was not a typical one to sell. Robert went above and beyond to get the property listed. He kept us well informed on all aspects of the sale. He worked well with us and the buyers to negotiate a fair price. Overall it was a quick and painless transfer.
Very, very professional and knowledgeable! Worked hard to help us find the right buyer for our home. Presented all information in a concise manner that was easily understood.
Robert did a great job of providing us with information on buying a home. He was often available and willing to communicate with us at all times. However, when it came to negotiating deals for our home I had to push him to negotiate with the seller. Often times, he would mentioned that we can’t negotiate something on the home, only to be surprised about the seller response. Overall he was very knowledgeable about house details and even some red flags about homes that you should avoid. Instead of looking for a quick sell he stays committed to finding you the house you deserve.
Rob was in constant contact with and kept me informed about every aspect of this process. I think he went above and beyond to help get my house sold
I feel he went above and beyond what I would have expected of an agent. He not only handled the purchase of our home but took care of what we needed to do at the trailer park office.
