I had been trying to buy a home for the last 3+ years. I had went to two different realtors and was turned down Bobbys team and his Lenders he referred me to was not only able to get me approved but qualify me for more than I was qualified with the other two people. My wife and I were casually looking for properties. We live in a building we absolutely love and didn’t want to leave, but there hadn’t been anything available for sale there in a while. A friend and client of mine referred us to Bobby. From the start, Bobby wasn’t pushy at all. He simply asked what we were looking for, which, to be honest, was incredibly specific and remarkably difficult to find, and told us he’d find it. To my surprise, he actually did. Bobby found a unit that checked EVERY box, though it happened to be in another building we weren’t particularly fond of. That wasn’t Bobby’s fault, we had told him we were open to other buildings. The unit was so close to perfect that my wife and I seriously considered it, but ultimately decided to continue our patient search for exactly what we wanted. As the cliché goes, timing is everything. A few weeks later, Bobby emailed me a list of new listings, and unbelievably, a unit in our building had just gone live, maybe 30 minutes before I saw the email. Bobby couldn’t believe it either. Within hours, he had us scheduled for a showing. We saw it, immediately made an offer, and got the place. We even closed a day early. Anyone who knows me would describe me as a workaholic, but I genuinely love what I do and find peace in it. I don’t meet many people wired the same way, but Bobby fits the bill. If phones didn’t exist, I’m pretty sure he’d still find a way to pick up the call. He’s a once in a millennium type of person. He’ll move mountains for his clients, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is done in their best interest. If you've had negative experiences with realtors in the past, or even if you haven't and just need a solid one, Bobby is the guy. No question, no doubt. I will literally never call another realtor, Bobby is my guy for life, and I can't sing his praises enough. If I could leave 100-star review, this would be it. Highly recommended!!!
