Bob Berube worked with us to purchase our home in so many ways. Upon contacting him of our interest in a house in the Villages, Bob immediately attended an open house to see it first-hand. He promptly contacted us and gave us an honest appraisal of the home and how the market would view the property. Bob's candid feedback was instrumental in our decision to submit a bid. He followed through with the Selling Agent to ensure all requested corrections were completed before the Closing. We did not arrive in the Villages for a month after closing and during this interim Bob consistently checked on our new home, without being asked, to make sure there were no issues in the house. We have dealt with many Realtors over the years but we have never experienced the Service, Commitment, and Dedication Bob showed us in the purchase of our new home.
