My husband and I were looking for a home to retire in, and Robbyn and her team listened and were so knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. As soon as the Pandemic went into Phase 2, she and Christine showed us homes as soon as they were listed; and were able to get the greatly desired home we now live in at the seller's asking price within 3 days! Robbyn then made suggestions on useful upgrades on the sale of the home we lived in for 34yrs; and with assistance from Laura on the team; Robbyn was able to negotiate the fantastic sale of our home way above our asking price; and within 4 days of listing!

Robbyn represented us as sellers. From the very beginning she explained the process and gave us options. I've bought and sold several homes and this transaction, by far, has been the best. When an offer came in from a buyer who was not considered to be a "strong" buyer, she walked us through some options to help protect us, as sellers, in the transaction. She is deeply involved in the photo process and even had the photographer come back and re-take some shots as they were not up to her standards and felt it wouldn't represent our home in the best light possible. TRUST her, even though you may think otherwise; this is what she does. Let her do it and you will succeed. Bottom line, let her list your home and you will have the finest representation there is in the industry.

Robbyn is an amazing realtor who will help you sell your home quickly! She met with us at the end of 2019, gave us a list of things to do to sell our home and we got to work. Unfortunately for us, we finished those things right as Covid 19 hit! That didn't stop Robbyn though - we ended up selling our home with 4 offers right in the midst of the worst of the pandemic.
