This is the second house I've sold through Robby. This one was a remodel and before I started, Robby went through the house with me and helped identify what should be changed and what wouldn't bring any extra money. I had a foundation problem and he put me in touch with some great guys to repair it. When it came to the end, the buyers inspector came up with a few items they wanted repaired. Robby sent his guys over to fix it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Robby and look forward to working with him again. He really has an incredible understanding of the market, and his work ethic is unparalleled.
