If you need a great real estate agent go with Robin. Robin has a bubbly personality and she really knows the market well. Robin recently sold a house for me that was part of an estate of which I was the executor. The house sold very quickly and there were multiple offers. After we accepted an offer she was on the ball and made sure everything was done (inspections, water tests, etc.) to ensure a successful closing. She has plenty of contacts in the area so if additional contractor work is needed to bring a place up to code to satisfy the buyers mortgage lender, she can recommend someone that does quality work at a fair and reasonable price. I really don't know what I would have done without her.
