I would give Robbie my highest recommendation as a realtor. I have worked with Robby in both the buying and selling of my homes. Robbie was able to give crucial guidance throughout the process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the aspects of the homes themselves. He always lends a hand in even the small areas and consistently superseded my expectations. He also works with great companies to complete the closing process. I cannot thank you enough Robbie for everything you have done for me and my family!

I loved working with Robbie. He had strong knowledge of the whole Houston area, from what I could tell. Gave us things to look out for on houses we went to see, and explained each step of this new process to us in a way that we could understand. I would recommend using his services to ANYONE. Something that really impressed me was when we were negotiating, he reminded us that there's always an option to walk away. Made me realize he's not here to try to close a deal where he gets paid, but rather trying to help us make the best decision for us. Through searching for homes, negotiating, and getting through steps up to closing, he was extremely helpful and seemed to only have intentions to help us make a good decision for us.

Awful experience. We listed our home with Keller Williams Sugarland, Tx, with the broker, Chad St Jean and Agent Robbie Jansky. On the day of closing, our agent Robbie Jansky went to the empty house and before leaving used the restroom in the house. He admitted to being the only one in the house that day in his own words “I used the restroom before locking up and leaving today, and it seems for some reason that may have caused or contributed to the leak”. The toilet overflowed and flooded the house, the new owners arrived after closing to find water running out of the bricks and garage. I contacted our agent who informed us to read our contract and that we were responsible for the damage and would need to have repairs made, he refused to take any responsibility saying use of the restroom was normal home use. He further stated he was hired to sell the house and that is what he did. The agent very sarcastic during this whole incident. We were left dealing with the new buyer’s agent, dealing with contractors etc to get the home fixed and paying for contractors. Calls and emails to the broker, Chad St Jean, went unanswered except for one email saying he was aware of the incident. There are a lot of quality, professional brokers and agents out there so I would look very hard at who you hire and keep our experience in mind.

Robbie was very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. He made my wife and I feel like we were his only clients. He always responded to texts, calls and emails immediately and we never had to track him down to communicate. When we decided to rent our next home, Robbie handled it as though we were buying a house directly from him and not just renting one from someone else. From the very first phone call to the final hand off at closing everything went without a hitch and Robbie kept our needs at the forefront every step of the way.

Robbie was amazing! His dedication to finding us the right home was first rate. He was always willing to answer any questions we had and also pointed out things at each place that we might not like about it. He clearly understood our needs and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision. I highly recommend him. My wife and I were beyond satisfied with his efforts and would work with him again!
