For full disclosure, I will begin by saying that I have know Robbi for well over 30 years, but never had used her as an agent before. I knew she was good, but had no idea just how good! Robbi began by creating an excellent market analysis of my parents home that they had built for us in 1966. With her guidance, we were able to transform the property into a marketable home on the market for prospective home buyers in 2026. Without this work, the home would not have been marketable. On our first weekend of showings we had over 16 prospective customers tour the home, and had a viable offer, well over offering price, within 48 hours of posting.
