Buying our home in Florida — which is truly our final, FINAL home — was an incredibly positive experience thanks to Rob & Jill. From day one, they were professional, friendly, detail-oriented, and consistently on top of every step in the process. What really stood out was their thoroughness. During the final walkthrough, they arrived early and had already gone through the house top to bottom — running all faucets, checking tubs, looking under sinks, testing the dishwasher, washer, and dryer — making sure everything was in proper working order before we even got there. That level of care and attention gave us real peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, they were excellent with follow-ups and communication, always making sure we knew exactly what was next and never letting anything fall through the cracks. We felt informed, supported, and confident at every stage, and it was clear his priority was making sure we were truly happy with our purchase. As a bonus, Rob’s also a talented musician — you might even catch him playing acoustic guitar and singing at local spots around Punta Gorda. A true professional with a great personality to match.
