Robb worked diligently through a tough sell to get us through closing and ownership of our new property. He kept us informed constantly as to where we were with all the paperwork and truly was invested in getting us through two closings as quickly as possible.
With Robb's background as a former home inspector and a builder and now many years as a realtor, he brings so much knowledge to the home selling/buying process. He makes sure that he keeps abreast of any changes in the real estate market and any changes the various cities incorporate into their rules. He makes sure that he communicates as much as possible with the people he is working with and gives them fair, knowledgeable advice on what the house is worth, what might help sell it better etc. I have been fortunate to work with Robb three times and would recommend him highly for his knowledge, integrity, communication and marketing skills.
