Rob did a great job with selling my property. My property needed a good bit of work after previous occupants left it in rough shape and I was considering foreclosure. I reached out to Rob for advice and decided to list with him until I figured out what I wanted to do. Rob and his team came in and took great pictures of the place even with no electricity. Rob convinced me to hang in there even when I was ready to give up on it. It paid off in the long run. I would have more than likely ended up in a far worse situation if it hadn't of been for letting Rob do his magic. Rob and his team are excellent at what they do. I really appreciate the confidence and expertise he and his team provided. Great job!
