Rob Udell...what can I say? He is more than just your realtor. Rob was our agent when my husband and I purchased our first condo about 6 1/2 years ago. We recently bought our second house and he truly is the reason we were able to get our dream home. He is professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and he reminds me to "breathe" when the buying/selling process was starting to overwhelm me. He is the type of person that immediately puts you at ease when you meet him and you will feel like you have known him for years. Rob has a great way with people and made me and my husband laugh when we needed to be reminded to enjoy the process. He always has a smile on his face and an ear ready to listen...no matter how many houses we asked him to go look at! I ask lots of questions and can be painfully thorough, no matter what I threw at him, he either knew the answer or wouldn't stop researching until he found an answer. Rob isn't like other agents who fade into the sunset once the deal is done. He is always there for you, checking in to see how you're doing, and ready and willing to go above and beyond. He really knows this area-- and not only did he help me purchase the home that I really wanted, but he has been instrumental in facilitating my ongoing renovations every step of the way and offering fantastic recommendations and guidance. He's incredibly responsive to texts and emails and questions, and he has gone above and beyond-- even taking me shopping so I can find items for my home since I don't know this area, helping me transport furniture, being around to take care of my deliveries when I'm at work, and MUCH more. He is patient and pleasant and funny. He's the BEST. I basically consider him my family now-- he really looks after his clients and all their needs!
