Rob was a fantastic person to work with! He helped me find a perfect deal on a home during a seller's market that I still can't believe we nailed. One major thing I appreciated about working with him is that this being my first home purchase, he was willing to let me explore options and experiment on how to make offers without being judgemental. My previous realtor was probably really good at her job in general, but was really bad about this. Not Rob though, he offered his suggestions but always took my requests seriously and gave them his best shot! In the end, this relationship worked very well in closing our deal.
