We first worked with Rob when we purchased our condo, and he was the first person we called when it was time to sell it. Living in Chicago, we relied on Rob’s expertise when we came down to Gulf Shores to search for properties. He showed us 10 properties I had found on Realtor.com, but he also suggested a condo at The Beach Club. We instantly fell in love with the location and the unit. Despite being outbid on several properties, Rob remained persistent. When a new unit came on the market, he immediately put in an offer on our behalf, and we closed within 30 days. Rob handled all the paperwork, recommended contractors for flooring, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, and made the process seamless—especially since we were 900 miles away. When we decided to sell the condo, Rob delivered again. The property sold within a month. He arranged professional photos, managed appointments, inspections, and worked with the title company. I would work with Rob again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him and his firm for all your real estate needs.

We were selling our home under strenuous circumstances. Rob was excellent he was very supportive and encouraging. We had a hard sell home and he kept saying the right person will come along. He was hard working had open houses as often as possible. He helped us find the perfect house for what we were looking for. It needs some work but was in our price and got enough to do what needs to be done. We down sized from an acre of land and 2500sq ft house. A special person.
